We rebuilt our server to be under terraform control for IAAS purposes, and converting from the manual config to an automatic one required a DNS change, which caused some downtime. As DNS does its thing, we expect this to resolve shortly.

We brought the host down for 60 seconds of maintenance but accidentally released the IP back into the public pool. One DNS update (and IP address registration with our cloud host) later, everything is back up.
