Onderhoud voltooid

We are migrating the main Triple Pat server from GCP to Hetzner. The check-in service still works, but user settings will be down during part of this time.

The migration was a success! The main server now has 4x the ram for 50% the monthly cost. All our other servers can collectively run in under 1G of RAM, but that gets tight when running the user-service and postgres on top of the standard mix.
