The a mirror is now back, both its IPv4 and IPv6 addresses match DNS, and the underlying cause of its absence and the underlying cause of its bad address have both been fixed.

We discovered that a key had expired when rebooting a-mirror for a kernel security update. The dead key meant that the node could not rejoin its peering. We finally got it a new key, and it came back up successfully, but with a different IPv6 address.
